Pittards acquires Hill & Friends. We are pleased to announce that we have acquired the brand and assets of Hill & Friends Limited, the contemporary luxury fashion brand founded by Emma Hill CBE and Georgia Fendley, based in London.

Founded in 2015, Hill & Friends quickly established a reputation for quality and value, its unique ‘winking’ lock bags bringing a distinctive style to the accessible-luxury sector.

The acquisition enables us to add another luxury fashion brand to our growing portfolio that includes, Daines & Hathaway, the heritage men’s luxury brand, expanding our ‘made in UK’ fine leathergoods offering.
