Leather Naturally writes on LinkedIn: Do you offer or use leather repair services? We need to hear from you!

When we celebrated World Leather Day in April, we simultaneously celebrated the first ever list of experts and brands that offered leather repair services around the world.

It was the start of (what we hope!) will become a growing directory of international brands and professional services that will help customers waste less and build longer life into their treasured leather goods – from car interiors to armchairs, shoes, suitcases, jackets and jewellery boxes.

And great news – repair services are on the rise.

Texas based Cobblers Direct has its own apprentice programme and more than 100 craftspeople and cobblers on staff. “Repair is one of the greatest recycling stories that hasn’t been told,” says Stephen Kelly, co-founder and CEO.⁠

Last week in the UK Timpson Group and John Lewis & Partners announced a 16-week trial for customer repair services too.
