A first for the region, APLF ASEAN will be held from October 19-21, 2022 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok, Thailand.

An inaugural show for the APLF in a city in southeast Asia, this event will bring leading leather suppliers and manufacturers to the region under one roof.

The exhibition will host more than 200 exhibitors with national pavilions coming from Brazil, France, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam and the U.S., with additional groups from other major tanning nations such as Italy.

At the fair, the organisers will be highlighting the concept of MEET – Matching, Education, Experience, Trade Show, to ensure that both exhibitors and buyers make the most of this unique sourcing and business opportunity in Bangkok, at the heart of ASEAN, writes ILM.

As part of this, there will be seven “Business Matching” sessions during the fair, each focused on different types of leather and applications. In additional, there will be four or more workshops at the event focused on leather trends as well as educational seminars on sustainability and environmental issues.
