Michael Søndergaard has been CEO of Scan-Hide since May 2019. Before that, he spent 25 years in the food manufacturing industry between Denmark, Italy and the UK, where his last position was VP at Danish Crown. At Scan-Hide, Søndergaard works to help accelerate transparency in the leather industry by collaborating with all stakeholders in the value chain and create sustainable leather products that last for decades. He has a Bachelor’s degree in commercial, sales and marketing from Aarhus University.
