Dr. Saverio Iozza is a specialist in analytical chemistry. His study in the food chemistry and his PhD thesis in environmental chemistry already provided him with a solid background in consumer and environmental protection.
In the past 13 years at TESTEX he has gained a lot of experience in the field of harmful substances related to textile, leather, and their in-process chemicals. For this reason, he works in different working groups within the OEKO-TEX® association constantly improving their certification systems and to be in line for the industry and consumer needs.
As Laboratory Manager at TESTEX Zurich he is leading more than 40 employees and managing high performance analytical instruments to meet newest regulations on the world market. High quality, efficient and agile processes as well as customer satisfaction are the drivers of his actions.
