2025 Competition Theme: ARTISANAL INTELLIGENCE
While artificial intelligence enhances our world, it’s the heart that truly defines our creations.
Infuse pulsating objects with resonating souls, embrace handcraft fashion designs.
There’s no denying that Artificial Intelligence has gradually begun to overshadow the human touch in our world. In response to this challenge, we proudly present the theme: Artisanal Intelligence, highlighting the essence and spirit behind every creation.
It’s time to return to our roots, celebrating authenticity and the soulful craftsmanship that each artisan brings to life. Let’s embrace the creativity and individuality that define us as human beings.
With a focus on soulful and heartfelt designs, DAB 2025 challenges designers to create the ultimate bag that captures the essence of artisanal intelligence and the unique human touch, using leather as the main material, harmoniously blends form and function, resulting in a piece that deeply resonates with the human spirit. Each design should not only fulfill a purpose but also weave a narrative, reflecting the emotional depth and craftsmanship that only a human hand can provide.
2025 Design Direction:

and can be complemented by other natural or non-leather materials.
