Italy - Fashion Destination Italy: Mission to Zagreb for UNIC

A day of networking and business meetings. An opportunity to present the quality and leadership of Italian tanning to a target potentially very interested in Made in Italy. Today (Wednesday 26 March), UNIC – Concerie Italiane is in Zagreb to attend Fashion Destination Italy. An event that is part of the program of the Italian Fashion Days in the World. Organized by ICE Agency, Fashion Destination Italy is an event designed with a very specific purpose. “To offer – as stated in a note – Italian companies in the clothing and accessories sector the opportunity to strengthen their presence in the Croatian market and, in general, in the Western Balkans area”. Fashion Destination Italy “is part of the Italian Fashion Days in the World campaign launched in 2025 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation”. Objective: to celebrate Italian fashion, “through the promotion of quality, creativity, innovation and sustainability”. Elements that “characterize Made in Italy production”. UNIC could not help but be part of the game.

 

Mission to Zagreb for UNIC


At the location of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb, UNIC presented the excellence of national tanning production, exemplifying it with just a few samples of leather. In fact, the exhibition included the presentation of some garments and accessories by Leonardo Valentini, Anton Giulio Grande, Cassel and Daniele Amato. Models that were the protagonists of the events of the Lineapelle Designers Edition project. Inaugurated by the Italian ambassador to Zagreb, Paolo Trichilo, Fashion Destination Italy opened its doors to some delegations of buyers coming not only from Croatia, but also from Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Hungary, Romania, Kosovo and Albania.
