Brazil will be present at the upcoming edition of APLF Leather in Hong Kong with a large number of tanneries, showcasing the strength, efficiency, and production capabilities of Brazilian leather. Over 30 companies will exhibit at the fair with the support of the Brazilian Leather project, a partnership between the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil).
At APLF, Brazilian tanneries will present collections of finished leathers developed in line with the latest fashion trends and production technologies. These collections feature innovative colors, prints, embossings, and finishes that align with market demands. Additionally, exhibitors from Brazil will offer importers a wide range of leathers in wet blue and crust stages.
Brazil has a century-old tradition in leather tanning, providing us with unique expertise in techniques, processes, customer relationships, and demands. We are closely monitoring market trends, continuously seeking improvements, innovations, and technologies that enhance efficiency for our clients and promote sustainability for the planet. Our current situation reflects this vision: we have dedicated efforts in working groups, partnerships with suppliers, and a keen focus on the entire supply chain to always bring the best solutions to our challenges. We are already seeing positive results, which motivates us even more to keep improving.
In 2025, we will continue on our growth path, always listening to people, understanding the market, and developing a deep understanding of sustainability’s nuances in our industry. All these values will be seen during the next edition of APLF.
We bring leather, material and fashion businesses together: an opportunity to meet and greet face to face. We bring them from all parts of the world so that they can find fresh partners, discover new customers or suppliers and keep ahead of industry developments.
We organise a number of trade exhibitions which focus on fashion and lifestyle: sectors that are constantly in flux, so visitors and exhibitors alike need to be constantly aware both of the changes around them and those forecast for coming seasons.
