We are thrilled to confirm that Carl Flach of ISA TanTec has been re-confirmed to our Board and Mark Roughley of PrimeAsia Leather Company has been confirmed as a new member of the Leather Naturally Management Board.

After completing a first term of three years, Carl Flach has been reappointed to the Leather Naturally Supervisory Council, following a members vote in August 2024. Carl is Senior Director for Operational Strategies at ISA TanTec.

Mark Roughley has been confirmed to the LN Management Board for a first term. Mark has over 20 years’ experience in Product Management within the footwear and leather industry, and currently acts as the European Brand Manager with PrimeAsia. He replaces former Management Board member, Kim Sena.

We’d like to thank Kim Sena of JBS for his commitment to the organisation, where he led the Impact Team. Debbie Burton, Chair of the LN Management Board, says: “Kim has made a huge contribution as the lead of the Impact Team. Although we will miss his wisdom and experience directly on the Management Board, we are pleased to confirm that he will continue to contribute to the wider Impact Team, supporting Aukje Berden.”
