Secretary General of COTANCE, Gustavo Gonzalez-Quijano writes on LinkedIn that I am pleased to confirm my participation as a speaker at the APLF #HongKong seminar on Deforestation, scheduled for March 19th.
This event is co-organized by our partners from the Sustainable Leather Foundation & APLF. Together with Deborah Taylor, PQCI, ASLTC (Sustainable Leather Foundation), Fernando Bellese (WWF), and Stuart Cranfield (Leather Working Group), we will explore the critical issue of deforestation and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)’s impact on the leather industry.
In my presentation, I will provide the latest insights on the EUDR’s effects on the bovine leather supply chain.
