Luxury label Burberry has teamed up with shoemaker Tricker’s for a winter 2023 collection, that “brings together two iconic British brands”, writes Footwearbiz.
Founded in 1829, Tricker’s is one of the oldest shoemakers in England, with every pair of boots and shoes produced at its factory in Northampton.
Designed by Burberry in partnership with Tricker’s, the collection builds on this heritage of craft, fine-tuning the brand’s signature shapes to match the creative vision of the Burberry Autumn Winter 2023 collection, the first by chief creative officer Daniel Lee.
The collection consists of brogues, Chelsea boots and Derby shoes in a variety of colours and fabrications – from black, vine and aubergine calf leather to warm camel suede. The sole and upper are traditionally stitched to welted leather insoles, so every piece can be repaired and refurbished.
We bring leather, material and fashion businesses together: an opportunity to meet and greet face to face. We bring them from all parts of the world so that they can find fresh partners, discover new customers or suppliers and keep ahead of industry developments.
We organise a number of trade exhibitions which focus on fashion and lifestyle: sectors that are constantly in flux, so visitors and exhibitors alike need to be constantly aware both of the changes around them and those forecast for coming seasons.
