Juan Resse, the CEO of the Argentine company Bicontinentar, has confirmed that his company will begin to manufacture the sports shoe models of the renowned Swiss brand, Le Coq Sportif.
Bicontinentar is based in Chivilcoy in the province of Buenos Aires and produces international brands in its ten production lines. It currently has a 500-person plant and plans to increase the number of brands it manufactures.
“A little less than a year and a half ago, we started working with approximately fifty people, so it’s been a story of exponential growth, adding new clients,” stated Resse.
While celebrating the new contract with Le Coq Sportif, Resse noted that the growth of the company in such a short time period was due to “an ecosystem of productive relationships that have generated prosperity and jobs in Chivilcoy.”
