The newest member of the Leather Naturally movement is the Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB), the organization that represents the Brazilian leather industries. Leather Naturally brings together the main global players in the leather chain to promote, through media and events, the features and the use of this material to industry customers, media, creators, and end consumers.
The admission of the CICB as an associate member is aligned with one of the Brazilian organization’s principles, which is the valorization of leather. In this scope, the CICB has worked with social communication, monitoring of the Brazilian Leather Law (which prohibits the use of the word “leather” in the country in products that are not made of animal skin), and promoting the material directly to stakeholders, such as designers and influencers. “Leather Naturally’s values are in line with what we believe in. It is a partnership that will only bring benefits to the sector,” notes José Fernando Bello, CICB executive president.
Among Leather Naturally’s associate members are tanneries, chemical and machinery industries, fair promoters, specialized publications, and others. The organization makes available a wide range of in-depth or objective pieces of content, which have been technically validated, that put the spotlight on leather aspects like quality, beauty, and uniqueness. All materials are available to associate members and any audience connected to leather for use and sharing at www.leathernaturally.org On Instagram, they are at @leather_naturally.
We bring leather, material and fashion businesses together: an opportunity to meet and greet face to face. We bring them from all parts of the world so that they can find fresh partners, discover new customers or suppliers and keep ahead of industry developments.
We organise a number of trade exhibitions which focus on fashion and lifestyle: sectors that are constantly in flux, so visitors and exhibitors alike need to be constantly aware both of the changes around them and those forecast for coming seasons.
